2. The exterior of the safety fence must clearly indicate the current state of the robot (teaching, operation, maintenance). To prevent people from mistakenly operating robots and peripheral devices through teaching aids, human-machine interfaces, etc.
3. Please mark the hazardous area on the ground with paint, including the movement range of robots and surrounding equipment. In addition, leave sufficient safety space around and install safety protection devices for operators to avoid abnormal operations or emergency situations.
4. Before operating the robot, it is necessary to confirm whether the function of the "Emergency Stop" button is normal. Check the names and functions of all necessary switches, displays, and signals for robot operation.
5. Before operating the robot, first confirm whether the robot origin is correct and whether the action of each axis is normal. During the operation, the operator should always look at the robot from the front.
6. In teaching and maintenance operations, safety supervision personnel must be deployed outside the safety fence. If the robot experiences abnormal movement during teaching or maintenance, the supervisor must quickly and easily perform an "emergency stop" operation. In addition, safety supervisors must be individuals who have completed safety training and passed safety assessments.
7. After using the teaching pendant, it must be returned to its original position and ensure that it is securely placed. If the teaching programmer is accidentally placed on the robot, fixture, or ground, when the robot is in motion, the teaching programmer may collide with the robot or fixture, leading to personal injury or equipment damage accidents. Prevent accidental drop of teaching aids from causing robot malfunction, which can lead to personal injury or equipment damage accidents.
8. If you need to restart the robot after an emergency stop, please reset and restart it outside the safety fence. Simultaneously confirm all safety conditions to meet, confirm the robot's range of motion, and ensure that there are no personnel or obstacles left within the safety fence.
9. After the robot's motion teaching is completed, set the soft limit of the robot to a distance outside the robot's teaching range.
10. When the workpiece is grasped by pneumatic gripper, electromagnetic method and other mechanisms, please use the Fail-safe system to ensure that once the driving force of the mechanism is suddenly disconnected, the workpiece will not be ejected.
