The pedal type standard ground rail is driven by a servo motor and transmitted through precision reducers, gears, and racks, ensuring stable movement and high precision in repeated positioning.
The maximum carrying capacity of the equipment can reach 8000KG, and the maximum speed can reach 3m/s. The number of carrier plates can be configured as needed, and the product has a rich selection of components. The standard LM rail is used as the guidance system, which has extremely high rigidity and accuracy, strong equipment load capacity, and long service life; Alternatively, a roller group can be selected as the guiding system, which is highly insensitive to impurities such as welding slag and chips in the environment. Even with slight installation errors, the selected large diameter roller can still operate easily and has good passability.
The equipment adopts a segmented module design, which can be easily assembled and spliced, and can easily meet the length requirements within 50m. Longer equipment requirements can also be customized.
