PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The spray guide rail series products can be configured with options such as the total length of the walking shaft crossbeam, the number of robots, and installation methods to meet differentiated needs, and have excellent explosion-proof and high protection.
The control is simple without additional motion controller, and the motion of the walking axis can be directly controlled by the robot controller.
The equipment is driven by a servo motor and transmitted through precision reducers and high-precision gear racks, with low noise, stable motion, and high repeated positioning accuracy.
Double protection with a cover and belt effectively prevents paint mist from invading the interior of the walking shaft, suitable for harsh spraying environments.
Modular design, simple structure, easy installation, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. Multiple series of trips, with customizable travel lengths up to 100m in total.

The load of the guide rail ranges from 500kg to 5000kg. The length of the guide rail is customized according to the needs of customers.
