The principle of laser welding is that a laser beam emitted by a laser generator focuses on the surface of the welding wire and heats it up, causing the welding wire to melt, wetting the steel plate on the vehicle body, filling the gap between the steel plate joints, and ultimately achieving a good connection through the formation of the weld seam. After welding, a brazing connection is formed between the copper welding wire and the steel plate.
